Friday, May 23

(9/1) COLUMBUS EAGLES FC  5-1  CORKTOWN WFC

Matchweek Two Player of the Week, Nikki Cox, continued her torrid goal scoring streak bagging a hat trick to push the No. 9 Columbus Eagles FC (2-0-0) past Corktown FC at Fortress Obetz. Lexi White and Cameryn Susey added goals for the Eagles in the win. Mia Thompson put the visitors up 1-0 with a 6th minute goal. The lead held into the second half when White finally put Columbus on the score sheet in the 58th minute. Cox put the Eagles in the lead with her first goal in the 73rd minute, opening the floodgates. 

Friday, May 23

(9E) FC DAYTON  1-1  GREATER TOLEDO FUTBOL CLUB

FC Dayton (0-1-1) remains winless in 2025 after drawing Greater Toledo Futbol Club (0-1-0) 1-1 in Dayton’s home opener. Grace Langendonk put the visitors on the board in the 16th minute. Millie Cluxton drew Dayton level with five minutes to play in the first half.

BEADLING SOCCER CLUB  1-2  (9/1) COLUMBUS EAGLES FC

The No. 9 Columbus Eagles FC (3-0-0) remain perfect on the season thanks to a 2-1 road win at Beadling Soccer Club (0-1-1). Nikki Cox picked up her seventh goal of the season to put the visitors in the lead in the 10th minute. Madison Hurst drew things level for the home side at the half hour mark. Emily Hollar put Columbus in the lead in the 71st minute.

CORKTOWN WFC  1-2  (9E) FC DAYTON

FC Dayton (1-1-1) picked up its first win of 2025 with a 2-1 road win over (0-1-2) Corktown WFC. After a scoreless first half, Mia Thomson put the hosts in the lead in the 57th minute. Kiley Reese pulled things level for Dayton in the 73rd minute, and Aya Saiki’s spot kick in added time gave FC Dayton the win.

Wednesday, May 21

BC UNITED  0-3  INTERNATIONALS SC

Internationals SC (1-0-0) picked up its first WPSL win on the road with a 3-0 win over BC United in Binghamton, N.Y. Margery Brown scored the club’s first WPSL goal in the 30th minute. Tanji Sarver made it 2-0 two minutes into the second half, and Ameilia Swinarsky scored from the penalty spot with eight minutes to play to make it 3-0. Avery Gilligan earned the clean sheet in goal.

Saturday, May 24

INTERNATIONALS SC  3-0  BC UNITED

International SC (2-0-0) made it two in a row over BC United (0-0-2) with a 3-0 win to open its home schedule at Krenzler Field. Kayla Perfect opened scoring for Internationals SC in the 19th minute. Tanji Sarver made it 2-0 just before halftime, and Riley Kerber closed out scoring in the 86th minute. Avery Gilligan earned her second consecutive clean sheet with the win. 

Saturday, May 24

ERIE FC  0-3  NIAGARA 1812

Niagara 1812 oved to 2-0-0 on the season with a 3-0 road win at Erie FC (0-0-1). Arianna Zumpano, Kaitlyn Wright, and Mia DiPasquale scored for Niagara in the win. Madison Crosbie earned the clean sheet in goal.

Wednesday, May 21

REAL CENTRAL NJ  1-0  (7E) PENN FUSION SA

Real Central NJ (1-0-0) opened up its season with a 1-0 win over the seventh ranked team in the East Region, Penn Fusion SA (0-0-1) in Lawrenceville N.J. Wednesday. Ava Palladino scored the game’s only goal in the 72nd minute to give Real the win. Makinzie Van Arsdale earned the clean sheet in goal. 

Wednesday, May 21

PHILADELPHIA UKRAINIAN NATIONALS LIBERTY  3-3  FC MONMOUTH

Philadelphia Ukrainian National Liberty (0-1-0) and FC Monmouth (0-1-0) each took a point in both club’s season openers playing to a 3-3 draw at the Ukrainian American sports Center in North Wales, Pa. Ava DeGeorge put the hosts up 1-0 in the 23rd minute, followed by Olivia Grenda six minutes later. Reece Paget pulled a goal back for the visitors just past the half hour mark. Grenada’s second goal for Tryzub came three minutes later, making it 3-1 going into halftime. Allie Serlenga pulled the scoreline within a goal for the visitors in the 64th minute, and Kianna Barber earned the visitors a hard-fought road point with her game-leveling goal with eight minutes to play. 

Thursday, May 22

DELAWARE OSPREYS  4-1  REAL CENTRAL NJ

Gabriella Riley kicked off the 2025 season for the Delaware Ospreys (1-0-0) with a hat trick in the club’s season opening 4-1 win versus Real Central NJ (1-0-1). Riley opened scoring in the eighth minute, followed by goals in the 10th and 12th minute before Ella Bryan closed out the scoring in the 20th minute. Grace Keen earned the clean sheet for the Ospreys in goal. 

Friday, May 23

SJEB FC  3-1  PHILADELPHIA UKRAINIAN NATIONALS LIBERTY

SHEB FC (1-0-0) opened its 2025 season with a 3-1 win over Philadelphia Ukrainian Nationals Liberty (0-1-1) in Glassboro N.J on Friday. Naomi Nnewihe opened scoring for SJEB in the 8th minute. Summer Reimet doubled the host’s lead 11 minutes later. Alyssa DeGeorge made it a game at 2-1, pulling a goal back for Tryzub in the 25th. Olivia McMaster put the game away for SJEB with five minutes to play in the second half.

LVU RUSH  0-2  KEYSTONE FC

Keystone FC (1-0-1) picked up its first win of 2025 topping LVU Rush (0-0-1) on the road, 2-0. Molly Starner scored both goals for the visitors in the win. Isabella Hoffeditz earned the clean sheet in goal for Keystone. 

Friday, May 23

(6E) READING UNITED A.C.  5-0  HERSHEY FC

No. 6 in the East Region, Reading United A.C. (1-0-0) topped Hershey FC (0-0-1) 5-0 in both club’s season opener at Alvernia University in Reading Pa. Haley Gschrey scored twice, and Ashley Lavrich, Rebecca Kotula, and Olivia Thompson added goals in the win. Sarah Gatz recorded the clean sheet for Reading.

Wednesday, May 21

(8E)SPORTING CT  6-0  ALBANY RUSH

Sporting CT (2-0-0) made it two in a row with its 6-0 win over fellow first-year side, Albany Rush (0-0-1). Audrey Kulpa, Tori Sousa, and Emily Senatore each tallied a brace in the win for the eighth-ranked team in the East Region. Sporting owner/manager/forward, Tiffany Weimer registered assists on both of Kulpa’s goals. 

Friday, May 23

NEW YORK SHOCKERS  9-0  KINGSTON CAPITALS

The New York Shockers (1-0-0) shocked first-year club, Kingston Kapitals, (0-0-1) with a 9-0 thrashing to open the 2025 season for both clubs. Game information was not available at the time of publication. 

Saturday, May 24

RI ROGUES FC  1-1  MERRIMACK VALLEY HAWKS FC

Merrimack Valley Hawks FC (0-1-0) earned a valuable road point playing the RI Rogues FC (0-1-1) to a 1-1 draw Saturday. Natalie Zibinskas put the hosts in the lead in the 16th minute. The lead held until Georgina Clarke leveled things for the visitors with six minutes to play. 

Sunday, May 25

KINGSTON CAPITALS  0-14  (8E) SPORTING CT

Sporting CT (3-0-0) continues to dominate the Northeastern Conference, rolling over Kingston Capitals (0-0-2) 14-0. Aubrey Kulpa, Abbie Burgess, and Mackenzie Johnson all tallied hat tricks in the win. Cara Jordan, Tiffany Weimer, Tori Sousa, Juliana Garcia, and Laney Smith each scored in the win. Kallie Bennett is credited with the clean sheet in the win.
