The WPSL has provided thousands of elite female players the opportunity to grow and continually develop their game in order to excel them to the next level. As a result, the WPSL has produced an impressive resume of Marquee Alumnae who have gone on to play professionally, both stateside and internationally, as well as earn National Team Honors on the FIFA World Cup and Olympic stages and earn accolades such as

In the last five National Women's Soccer League Drafts, 109 former WPSL players were selected - over 54%.

Of these players, 42 WPSL teams were represented with at least one alumna being drafted.

 

 

40% of players who made NWSL Preseason Rosters played in the WPSL. Of those, 80 former players played in the last five WPSL seasons and 55 played in the last two WPSL seasons. 

The WPSL saw 81 former players play in the NWSL 2020 Challenge Cup and 100 former players play in the NWSL 2020 Fall Series.
