UK F.C. (0-1-2) picked up its first point of 2025 with a 1-1 draw with Arlington Soccer Red (1-1-0). Savannah Taylor put UK F.C. in the lead in the 65th minute. Addi Vernon pulled the game level for Arlington with four minutes to play.

UK F.C. (1-1-2) picked up its first win Sunday thanks to a 90th minute winner from Kayla Hodges in a back-and-forth 3-2 home win over Arlington Soccer Blue (0-0-3). Olivia Stafford put the visitors on the board first in the fourth minute. Jazmin Jackson leveled things eight minutes later. Isabella Jacskon put the visitors back in the lead two minutes into the second half. Monique McEnhimer leveled things again for the hosts in the 56th minute, followed by Hodges’ winner just before the final whistle.

The Florida Roots (1-0-1) picked up its first WPSL win Sunday topping Pensacola FC Academy (0-1-1) at Joe Etheredge Stadium in Walton Beach. Shelby Rynearson put the hosts in the lead in the eighth minute. A Pensacola FC Academy own goal in the 47th minute made it 2-0 to the hosts. Michelle Melancon pulled the Academy side a goal back a minute later.

Gulf Coast United (1-1-0) picked up three crucial points with a 2-1 win over TLH Reclonging (1-0-1). Match statistics were not available.

HATTIESBURG FC 3-3 MISSISSIPPI BLUES SC
Hattiesburg FC (0-1-1) and Mississippi Blues SC (0-1-0) picked up valuable points to remain in the hunt for the top spot in the Delta Basin Division Tuesday playing to a dramatic 3-3 draw that saw the visitors claw back a two goal deficit in the waning moments of the game. Christina Salmon put the hosts in the lead in the seventh minute. Brooklynn Samonski leveled the score in first half stoppage time. Karen Vilau put the visitors up again six minutes into the second half from the penalty spot, followed by Salmon’s second goal in the game in the 89th minute. Cariel Ellis pulled one back for the visitors in the first minute of stoppage time, and Olivia Tribolet’s goal two minutes later left things levell at full time.

Atlanta Fire United (1-0-0) topped the eighth-ranked team in the South Region, UFA Gunners (0-0-1) 1-0 in both club’s season opener. Danielle Lewin scored the game’s lone goal in the 11th minute. Savannah Sabo earned the shutout for Atlanta Fire United.

CHATTANOOGA FC 5-0 (8S) UFA GUNNERS
Chattanooga FC (1-0-0) opened its season with a big win over the number eight team in the South Region, beating UFA Gunners (0-0-2) 5-0. Kennedy Ball and Reese McDermott both tallied braces in the win, and Annalisa Vincent added a single goal in the win. Maddie Smith earned the clean sheet in goal for Chattanooga.

ATLANTA FIRE UNITED 2-5 (7S) DECATUR FC
Decatur FC (1-0-0) picked up a huge road win to open the season topping Atlanta Fire United (1-0-1) 5-2 to move into a three-way tie for first place atop the Peachtree Division standings. Sydnie Thibodaux put the visitors in the lead in the third minute. Ivey Crain made it all even two minutes later. Thibodaux bagged her second goal of the day in the 33rd minute to make it 2-1. Maysoon El-Shami made it 3-1 for the visitors five minutes into the second half. Crane picked up her second of the match to pull the hosts within one in the 54th minute. Decatur doubled its lead in the 64th minute, adding a fifth eight minutes to play to make it 5-2.

Number 23 865 Alliance (1-0-0) made a statement in its season opener knocking off the visitin Jackson Ignite (0-0-2) 10-0. Alivia Stott and Jayla Blue both had hat tricks in the win. Breana Mandoza, Mackenzie Howard, and Norah Alcon each added individual goals, along with Jackson own goal. Cayden Norris earned the clean sheet in goal.

Competition in the Sunshine Conference is getting fierce as No. 21 West Florida Flames (0-1-0) stole a point from Jacksonville Armada FC (1-1-0) scoring three first half goals in a 4-4 draw at Nathan Glover Community Field & Stadium in Jacksonville. Katie Johnson put the visitors in the lead in the 10th minute. Sydnes Dennis doubled the Flames’ lead two minutes later, and Taylor Hamlett made it 3-0 to West Florida in the 14th minute with her first of two goals. Sarah Bruner put the hosts on the score sheet at the hour mark to make it 3-1. LizAnne Fogarty gave Jacksonville a glimmer of home in the 86th minute. Then Talitha Hines pulled the Armada within one. Jianna Ramires leveled the score at four with less than a minute to play in regulation.
