WFC CHARLOTTE  5-0  SODA CITY FC

WFC Charlotte (1-0-0) opened its season with a big three points with its 5-0 win over Soda City FC (0-0-2). Sam Vanderhave, Laken Gailman, Savannah Noil, Ava Morin, and Sydney Lassiter scored for WFC Charlotte in the win. Adriana Thompson earned the clean sheet in goal for WFC Charlotte.

(9S) CAROLINA FOOTBALL CLUB  3-2  SODA CITY FC

Carolina FC moved to 3-0-0 on the season with a comeback 3-2 win over visiting Soda City FC. Elysia Teske put the visitors in the lead in the eight minute. Gina Rizzo pulled Carolina back level moments before halftime. Megan Pung gave the visitors the lead for the second time in the match in the 66th minute before Katja May and Ssam Mallol put the game away.

(8S) PORT CITY FC  3-0  WFC CHARLOTTE

Port City FC (1-0-0) opened its season with a 3-0 win over WFC Charlotte (1-0-1) behind a second half brace by Ella Johnson and a goal by Karina Pete. Morgan Hobbs earned the clean sheet in the home and season debut for Port City.

NCFC  1-2  SODA CITY FC

Soda City FC (1-0-3) picked up its first win of the season topping NCFC (0-0-2) 2-1 on the road. Lauren Kelly put Soda City in the lead in the 25th minute and Sarah Ward extended the lead a minute before halftime. Olivia Bronson pulled a goal back for NCFC.

ALEXANDRIA REDS  1-2  ARLINGTON SOCCER RED

Arlington Soccer Red (2-1-0) won the first battle of the War of the Reds, topping Alexandria Reds (1-0-1) 2-1. Arlington took the lead in the 30th minute thanks to a Kendall Frederick goal. Nicole Cargill drew the hosts level just past the hour mark. Jennifer McGuire bagged the winner in the 78th minute.

ARLINGTON SOCCER BLUE  5-3  ARLINGTON SOCCER RED

Arlington Soccer Blue (1-0-3) got the best of its sister team, Arlington Soccer Red (2-1-1), in a comeback win. A Welker put the visitors up in the sixth minute. Alyssa Knealey made it 2-0 for Arlington Red in the 21st minute. Jocelyn Lohmeyer pulled a goal back for the host Blue team in the 25th minute. In the second half, Mary Za made it 3-1 for the visitors. Olivia Stafford scored for the Blue side in the 63rd minute to 3-2, then Lohmeyer bagged her second goal of the game to make it 3-3 in the 70th minute. Kylie Emanuel made it 4-3 Blue five minutes later, and Logan Tongbery scored from the penalty mark in stoppage time to complete the comeback.

(13/3) McLEAN SOCCER  4-0  ALEXANDRIA REDS

McLean Soccer (4-0-0) rolled over Alexandria Reds (1-0-2) to remain perfect and atop The District Division. Caroline Helfrich tallied twice and Isabella Yousefi and Dayl Tieszen added goals in the win. Aislinn Wright earned the clean sheet in goal.

Wednesday, May 28

TLH RECKONING  2-1  FLORIDA ROOTS

TLH Reckoning (2-0-1) got back in the win column thanks to a pair of goals by Sasha Manders in the club’s 2-1 win over Florida Roots (1-0-2). Shelby Rynearson put the visitors in the lead in the 11th minute. The lead held until  Manders leveled things with 11 minutes to play in the second half, bagging the winner three minutes later. 

Wednesday, May 28

GULF COAST UNITED  2-1 UNION 10 FC

Margaret Compretta scored twice for top-of-the-table Gulf Coast United (2-1-0) in its 2-1 win over Union 10 FC (0-0-2) on Wednesday. Olivia Leathers put the visitors in the lead in the fourth minute. Compretta leveled the score in the 22nd minute, and put Gulf Coast ahead three minutes after the start of the second half.

(7S) PENSACOLA FC  6-0  PENSACOLA FC ACADEMY

Paige Phillips scored a hat trick as Pensacola FC (2-0-0) rolled past its second team, Pensacola FC Academy (0-1-2), 6-0. Aila Swinton, HUnter Wallace, and Jillian Thompson also scored for the first team in the win. Goalkeeper Jaidin Kinch earned the clean sheet.

TLH RECKONING  1-2  (7S) PENSACOLA FC

Pensacola FC moved to 3-0-0 on the season thanks to a 2-1 road win over THL Reckoning (2-0-2). Goals by Emma Beltz and Paige Phillips put the visitors in the lead before Sasha Manders pulled one back for Reckoning with 10 minutes to play.

UNION 10 FC  2-1  FLORIDA ROOTS

Union 10 FC (1-0-2) picked up its first WPSL win topping Florida Roots (1-0-3) at home. Kendall Wilson put the visitors in the lead in the 10th minute. Francheska Arellano drew things level for the hosts in the 19th minute, and Madelyn Bell put the hosts in the lead with five minutes to play in the match.

GULF COAST UNITED  1-3  PENSACOLA FC ACADEMY

Pensacola FC Academy moved to 1-1-2 on the season with a 3-1 win over Gulf Coast United (2-1-1). Michelle Melancon scored two first half goals and Mia Witkin added one in the second half to make it 3-0. Holly Jones pulled one back for Gulf Coast United in the 69th minute.

SHREVEPORT UNITED  4-3  HATTIESBURG FC

Shreveport United (1-0-0) opened its season with a come-from-behind 4-3 win over Hattiesburg FC (0-1-2). Alex Knight put Shreveport in the lead in the 13th minute with the first of her three goals on the night. Elizabeth Little leveled things at one for Hattiesburg in the 27th minute. Caragan Childs put the visitors in the lead in the 52nd minute. Knight’s second goal leveled things in the 69th minute. Kalli Matlock pulled Shreveport into the lead for the second time in the game. Karen Vilau drew the hosts level with two minutes to play in the match, before Knight’s third goal in stoppage time gave Shreveport the win.

MISSISSIPPI BLUES SC  0-0  BATON ROUGE UNITED

Mississippi Blues SC (0-2-0) and Baton Rouge United (0-1-0) played to a 0-0 draw in Baton Rouge United’s opening game of the season. Goalkeepers Ellyn Burchfield and Hannah May earned the shutouts.

(10S) CHATTANOOGA FC  2-1  GEORGIA IMPACT

Chattanooga FC (2-0-0) moved to the top of the Peachtree Division table thanks to a 2-1 win over the Georgia Impact (0-0-1). Lydia Robertson put the visitors in the lead in the 7th minute. Hannah Tillett pulled the hosts level nine minutes later, and Reese McDermott scored the winner in the 38th.

(7/1) DECATUR FC  2-0  UFA GUNNERS

Number 7 Decatur FC (2-0-0) blanked UFA Gunners (0-0-3) 2-0 in front of a huge crowd in its 2025 home opener. Maggie Wadsworth scored both goals for Decatur to bring her total to three on the season. Goalkeeper Nicole Bidum earned the clean sheet in the win.

GEORGIA IMPACT  0-2  UFA GUNNERS

A 10th minute own goal and a first half stoppage time goal by Jordyn Crosby put the UFA Gunners (1-0-3) over Georgia Impact (0-0-2).

NASHVILLE RHYTHM F.C.  2-2  (24/5) TN TEMPO FC

Jessica Rodrigues Meira scored a second half stoppage time goal to salvage a draw for the No. 24 TN Tempo FC (1-1-0) in the first edition of an in-state rivalry with Nashville Rhythm F.C. (0-1-0). Ashiat Naluggwa put the visitors in the lead in the ninth minute. Katelyn Toney pulled the hosts level 12 minutes later. Angeline Kieh broke the deadlock from the penalty spot in the 90th minute, putting Nashville in the lead momentarily before Rodrigues Meira leveled things to end the game.

JACKSON IGNITE  2-4  FC BIRMINGHAM WOMEN

FC Birmingham Women (1-0-1) picked up its first win of the season with a 4-2 road win over Jackson Ignite (0-0-3). Zainab Manneh put the hosts in the lead in the 37th minute. The lead held until the hour mark when Ella Moody drew the visitors level. Avery Moody put Birmingham in the lead with 15 minutes left to play, and an Rebecca Sierra brace in the 78th and 80th minutes put the game out of reach.

TN TEMPO FC  1-6  865 ALLIANCE

Abigail Witten scored a hat trick, Alivia Stott tallied a brace, and Ava Flanary scored a goal as 865 Alliance (2-0-0) moved to the top of the Pioneer division thanks to a 6-1 road win over TN Tempo FC (1-1-1). Ella Tuplin scored for TN Tempt FC.

FC BIRMINGHAM WOMEN  3-4  NASHVILLE RHYTHM F.C.

Three early goals by Naho Yamamura, Angeline Keih, and Bekah Jackson helped Nashville Rhythm F.C. (1-1-0) pick up three big road points in a 4-3 win over FC Birmingham FC. Rebecca Sierra earned a hat trick in the comeback that leveled the score at three before Aoi Kawabuchi scored the winner just after the hour mark.

FC PRIMETIME  10-1  AGC FOOTBALL

Mailsa Atis tallied a hat trick and Grace Dykstra had a brace as FC PrimeTime (1-0-0) rolled over ACG Football (0-0-2), 10-1. Camila Domine, Lilly Neva, Megan MOrgan, Gina Panarelli, and Lily Sargent-Burns also scored goals in the win. Andrea Nebot-Marsol scored for AGC Football.

FUSION FC  5-0  FLORIDA PREMIER FC

Florida Premier FC (1-0-0) kicked off 2025 with a 5-0 road win over Fusion FC (0-0-1). Adia Symmonds, Ashley Tutas, Elyse Thronton, Isabella Carapazza, and Stylar Alonso scored for Florida Premier. Leire Herráez Gallach kept the scoresheet clean in goal.

FLORIDA GULF COAST DUTCH LIONS FC  1-5  (25/6) WEST FLORIDA FLAMES

The No. 25 West Florida Flames (2-1-0) earned three valuable road points to stay atop the Sunshine Conference with a 5-1 win over Florida Gulf Coast Dutch Lions FC (0-0-1). Lily Borders scored twice, and Katie Johnston and Sydney Dennis added goals along with a Dutch Lions own goal in the win. Matilda Boyle scored for Florida Gulf Coast.

FC PRIMETIME  5-0  FUSION FC

Clara Alacron, Camila Domine, Gianna Panarelli, Talia Stacy, and Grace Dykstra scored goals as FC Primetime moved to 2-0-0 on the season over Fusion FC (0-0-2). Dykstra leads the team with three goals on the season.

Florida Premier FC moved to 2-0-0 with a 3-2 road win over Seminole Ice (0-0-2). Adia Symmonds had all three goals for Florida Premier in the win. Alicia Cohen and Kelly Gende scored for the hosts.

AGC FOOTBALL  0-11  (12/2) JACKSONVILLE ARMADA FC

LizAne Fogarty netted a hat trick, Sophie Pontieri tallied a brace, and Kylie Overstreet, Hayden Petrick, Nancy Almanza, Talitha Hines, Jianna Ramirez, and Sarah Brunner all scored as No. 12 Jacksonville Armada FC (2-1-0) rolled over AGC Football (0-0-3).

FLORIDA GULF COAST DUTCH LIONS FC  0-1  FC PRIMETIME

Guilianna Johnson scored the only goal of the match in the 47th minute to put FC PrimeTime (3-0-0) over Florida Gulf Coast Dutch Lions FC (0-0-2). Carson Proctor earned the clean sheet for FC PrimeTime.
