ARIZONA ARSENAL SOCCER CLUB  2-3  (9W) ROYALS AZ

Royals AZ moved to 3-1-1 and top of the Desert Conference with a come-from-behind 3-2 win at Arizona Arsenal Soccer Club (0-0-4). Tyra King and Morgan Fiedler scored goals on either side of halftime to put the hosts up 20 before goals from Ellie Johannes and Larkin Thomason level things at two with half an hour to play. An unfortunate Arizona Arsenal own goal put Royals AZ up 3-2 in the 73rd minute.

(7W) FC TUCSON  0-4  SC del SOL

SC del Sol (2-0-2) topped longtime rival FC Tucson (2-1-1) 4-0 on the road Saturday to pick up its second win of the season. Farah Walters and Valerie Llamas each tallied a brace in the win. Ivy Nystrom earned the clean sheet in goal for del Sol.

PHX HEAT FC  0-8  (9W) ROYALS AZ

Royals AZ (4-1-1) rolled over league debutants PHX Heat FC (0-0-3) 8-0 to pick up three crucial points in the Desert Conference championship race. Larkin Thomason and Lourdes Lauterborn each tallied a brace, and Paaxton Bock, Michal Cagungun, Sydney Snowden, and Mollie Baker added goals in the win. Kate Willmering earned the shutout in goal for Royals.

(23/5) DESERT DREAMS F.C.  5-0  EL PASO SURF

First-year Desert Dreams F.C. (4-0-0) continued its winning ways with a 5-0 win over El Paso Surf (3-0-4). Lexy Aguilar scored twice, and Logan Maszton, Xitlaly Hernandez, and Daisy Meza added goals in the win. Alondra Carbajal-Pettry earned the clean sheet in goal.

SC del SOL  7-2  EL PASO SURF

SC del Sol moved to 2-0-2 on the season with a 7-2 win over El Paso Surf (3-0-4). Farrah Walters scored a hat trick, Tatum Thomason had two, and Kyla Ferry, and Valerie Llama added goals in the win. Deserie Herrera and Melissa De Los Santos scored for El Paso.

Thursday, June 12

(22/4) PORTLAND THORNS FC II  1-0 (10W) WESTSIDE METROS FC

Shaela Bradley scored the game winner in the 28th minute as Portland Thorns FC II (4-0-0) topped Westside Metros FC (3-0-2) 1-0. Nyamma Nelson kept the score sheet clean for Portland in goal.

SPOKANE SC SHADOW  0-2  (22/4) PORTLAND THORNS FC II

Portland Thorns FC II (5-0-0) remained perfect with a 2-0 win over Spokane SC Shadow(2-0-2). Emelia Warta and Sophia Rubano scored in the win. Michaela McCollum earned the clean sheet in goal for Portland.

SAN FRANCISCO ELITE SOCCER CLUB  1-1  IRON ROSE FC

A Cortez scored in the 33rd minute for Iron Rose FC (0-2-2) and E Gehrlein-Allen equalized in the 79th minute for San Francisco Elite Soccer Club (0-1-2) as the two clubs drew 1-1 to kick off Matchweek Six in the NorCal Conference.

NAPA VALLEY 1839 F.C.  0-4  LAMORINDA UNITED

Grace Charles scored twice and Ella Marie Kral and Noe Johnson added goals as Lamorinda United (1-1-3) rolled past Napa Valley 1839 F.C. (1-0-2) 4-0. Sophia Torres earned the clean sheet in goal. 

 

Saturday, June 14

NAPA VALLEY 1839 F.C.  3-1  SAN RAMON F.C.

Napa Valley 1839 F.C. went to 2-0-2 on the season with a 3-1 home win over San Ramon F.C. (2-0-2). Ysanella Belandres scored in the first and 70th minute to put Napa Valley in the lead both times after Illiana Casiano equalized for San Ramon five minutes after the start of the second half. Karli Smith made it 3-1 for Napa Valley in the 84th minute.

LAMORINDA UNITED  2-0  FRESNO FREEZE FC

Grace Charles and Samantha Rich scored goals to give Lamorinda United (2-1-3) a 2-0 win over Fresno Freeze FC (2-0-2). Andrea Guzman earned the clean sheet in goal.

Lakelee Perkins and Tierra Pickell scored first half goals as Iron Rose FC (1-2-2) topped FC Davis (3-0-1) 2-1 on the road. Madeline Molkenbuhr scored for FC Davis.

Lamorinda United (3-1-3) moved to the top of the NorCal Conference with a 2-0 win over San Francisco Elite Soccer Club (0-1-3). Grace Charles and Samantha Rich scored in the win. Andrea Guzman earned the clean sheet in goal.

SAN DIEGO DONS  2-5  REBELS SOCCER CLUB

Rebels Soccer Club moved to 3-0-3 with a 5-2 road win over San Diego Dons (2-0-1). Denise Castro scored four goals and Emma Elias added the fifth for Rebels in the win. Brooke Holden accounted for both of San Diego’s goals. 

 

Friday, June 12

SAN DIEGO DONS  3-1  ALBION SAN DIEGO

San Diego Dons (3-0-1) rebounded from Monday’s loss with a 3–1 win over Albion San Diego (2-0-3). Tristan Tessier put Albion up 1-0 in the fifth minute. Ines Derrien equalized in the 11th minute, and Brooke Holden scored the first of her two goals on the night to put the Dons in the lead in the 35th minute. Holden’s second goal came in the 78th minute from the penalty spot.

(8W) SO CAL UNION FC  4-1  SAN DIEGO PARCEIRO

So Cal Union FC (4-1-0) picked up three crucial points Friday with a 4-1 win over San Diego Parceiro (1-0-5). Ciara Caringal scored twice, and Jaylin Young and Shauna Gamble added goals in the win. Mele Johnson and Wakaba Kogure scored for San Diego. 

 

Friday, June 12

(6W) BEACH FUTBOL CLUB  3-0  SOCAL DUTCH LIONS FC

Beach Futbol Club (4-1-1) picked up three much-needed points with a 3-0 home win over SoCal Dutch Lions FC (1-0-5). Mia Minestrella tallied a brace, and Genesis Lopez added an insurance goal in the win. Olivia Herrera kept the scoresheet clean in goal.

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EAGLES  1-2  (4/1) FC PREMIER

FC Premier (5-0-0) stayed at the top of the SoCal Conference table with a 2-1 road win over Southern California Eagles (3-0-4). Goals by Cherrie Cox and Maggie Lena put FC Premier up 2-0. Peyton Nelson pulled the Eagles a goal back before the full-time whistle.

SAN DIEGO PARCEIRO  1-2  SAN DIEGO DONS

Brooke Holden scored both goals for San Diego Dons (4-1-1) as it topped San Diego Parceiro (1-0-5) 2-1 on the road. Dominique Banks scored for Parciero.

SAN DIEGO STRIKERS  2-1  ALBION SAN DIEGO

San Diego Strikers (5-0-2) came away with three points in a 2-1 win versus Albion San Diego (2-0-4). Cassie Callahan and Emily Turner scored for the Strikers. Tristan Tessier leveled the match at 1-1 in the 38th minute for Albion.

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EAGLES  0-1  (6W) BEACH FUTBOL CLUB

Josefina English scored the winner in the 68th minute and Olivia Herrera kept the scoresheet clean as Beath Futbol Club (5-1-1) rolled past Southern California Eagles (3-0-5) 1-0.

(4/1) FC PREMIER  1-1  (8W) SO CAL UNION FC

So Cal Union (4-2-0) picked up a huge point against conference leading FC Premier Sunday. Amelia Dominguez put Premier up just after the half hour mark before Selena Hernandez leveled the score with 11 minutes to play in the match.
