NEWS: FC MILWAUKEE TORRENT DEVASTATED BY FLOOD

On the evening of August 9, the soccer community in the greater Milwaukee area suffered a devastating loss when between 10 and 13 inches of rain fell over the span of a few hours, swelling the waters of the Menomonee River, laying ruin to Heart Park, home of FC Milwaukee Torrent. 

 

Since joining the WPSL in 2018, FC Milwaukee Torrent have become one of the league’s premier sides, winning the last four consecutive division titles. Founded by Andreas Davi in 2015, the club has brown from a single team to one of the most respected pathway clubs in the Midwest.

Flooding caused loss and damages estimated at more than $50,000 to facilities, merchandise, training equipment, medical supplies, and other necessities required for the day-to-day operation of the club.
