With Central Region action getting underway, most movement is in the lower half of the rankings as lower and unranked teams pick up points in early-season games. The top three spots remain unchanged from the Preseason poll, with St. Croix Legacy, Oklahoma City FC, and FC Milwaukee Torrent yet to play. Making jumps this week are Chicago House AC up five spots into the No. 8 spot thanks to a 1-1 draw at Bavarians United SC, and Kansas City Current II, jumping to No. 14 with a big win over FC Wichita.
