The two clubs split its series last season, with both clubs winning at home, with Shreveport winning in a Week Four barnburner 4-3 at Lee Hedges Stadium thanks to a 90+2’ goal by Alex Knight to complete a hattrick on the day after Karen Valiu pulled the visitors level at three with just two minutes to play. The return match two weeks later saw Hattiesburg cruise to a 3-0 win. Hattiesburg finished second in the Delta Basin Division going 4-2-2 on the season. Shreveport finished the 2025 season 3-0-5, finished fourth, eight points out of first place.

WEST REGION

Iron Rose FC (0-0-0) vs. FC Davis (0-0-0)

NorCal Conference – Sacramento Valley Division

Saturday, May 9, 7 p.m. PDT

West Park High School Football Stadium – Roseville, Calif.

Action in the West Region kicks off Saturday with a trio of games including the burgeoning rivalry between Iron Rose FC and FC Davis at West Park High School in Roseville, Calif. Iron Rose FC holds the advantage in the series between the two clubs with a win in and a draw over the last two seasons. After playing to an early-season 1-1 draw in 2024 in Roseville, Iron Rose exacted revenge in the return match last season, topping the always-strong FC Davis side 2-1 behind first-half goals by Lakelee Perkins and Tierra Pickle. In the tight NorCal Conference standings last season, FC Davis finished five points ahead of Iron Rose, going 4-2-2 on the season to finish third. Iron Rose FC finished 2-3-3 in eighth place in the conference table.
