The season’s final round of Matchups of the Week presented by USTARS Group highlights neck-and-neck races in the Third Coast, Commonwealth, Plymouth, and Heartland divisions as the postseason looms.

Pensacola FC enters the final week of regular season play with a one-point lead over Legacy FC—but with a game in hand as the two sides meet for a second time this season at Publix Sports Complex Stadium Field in Fort Walton Beach, Fla. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 CDT.
In the first meeting between the two clubs, Pensacola cruised to a 9-0 win to open the season. The only blemish on Pensacola’s unbeaten record this season is a 0-0 draw versus Pensacola FC Academy in Week Six. Otherwise, the Pelicans have been dominant, outscoring opponents 49 to two. National Golden Boot leader Faith Johnston has 11 goals on the season, including a hat trick against Legacy FC in the first meeting between the two clubs. Pensacola FC closes out the season on Saturday at Valdosta FC.
After opening the season with a pair of losses—including to Pensacola FC—Legacy FC turned things around with a huge Week Four road win over Gulf Coast United earning Week Four Team of the Week honors. Then wins over Pensacola FC Academy, Union 10 FC, Gulf Coast United, and Valdosta FC put Legacy FC within reach of the Third Coast Division title. Gabby Stone leads the club with six of its 20 goals scored on the season.

Mid-Atlantic Conference – Commonwealth Division

Entering Week Eight, goal differential is all that separates Pennsylvania Classics and Reading United A.C. at the top of the Commonwealth Division table as the two sides prepare to face off Friday in the final division’s final regular season match of 2026 at Lancaster Bible College’s Funk Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. EDT.
Running neck-and-neck all season, the two clubs played to a 2-2 draw in Week Four on the campus of Alvernia University in Reading, Pa. After opening the season with the draw versus Reading, the Classics have won five straight without conceding a goal. Liza Suydam leads the club and division with six goals of the club’s 22 goals on the season. Four different goalkeepers have earned clean sheets in Classics five shutout wins. Pennsylvania Classics kicks off Week Eight on Wednesday facing Hex FC Tempest on the road. Classics won its first meeting with Hex FC Tempest 3-0 on goals by Aubrey Strohecker, Suydam, and Maia Iannuzzi.
Before Reading United A.C. travels to Lancaster for what could decide the division winner, it must first get past LVU Rush on Tuesday. Going into the final week of the regular season, Sophia Zeppos leads the club with five of the club’s 17 goals scored. Reading has earned three shutouts, conceding a total of five goals on the season.

SoCal Conference – Plymouth Division

With only four points separating the top three teams in the Plymouth Division, the number two and three teams in the division battle it out on Friday for a shot at the division title as So Cal Union FC hosts ALBION San Diego in Temecula, Calif. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. PDT.
So Cal Union enters Friday’s match fresh off a 3-0 win over first place, Rebels Soccer Club. Brittany Brown, Mikayla Abrenica, and Anna Arban tallied goals and Elizabeth Ludwig earned the shutout in goal versus the previously unbeaten Rebels. Union got off to a slow start going 1-2-1 to open the season, including a 1-1 draw at ALBION San Diego before securing a pair of wins in Week Seven, including last Sunday’s win to put Union just two points back with two matches to play. Shiloh Baird scored in Union’s 1-1 draw with ALBION San Diego. So Cal Union close out the regular season Sunday on the road versus Prestige Football Club.
On Sunday, ALBION San Diego picked a 2-1 road win over Prestige Football Club for its second win of the season. Though mathematically eliminated from the top spot in the division, ALBION looks to play spoiler on Friday. True Arellano-Homan scored for ALBION in its Week Six 1-1 draw versus So Cal Union. Shiloh Baird leads the club and is tied for number two for goals in the division with four of ALBION’s 15 goals scored on the season. Friday’s match closes out ALBION’s regular season schedule.

Midwest Conference – Heartland Division

The fight for the Heartland Division continues Saturday when the number two and three teams square off for a second time this season in Mustang, Okla. as Heartland Division play comes to a close with the title still up for grabs. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. CDT.
In the first meeting between the two clubs in Week Six, Izzy Ross and Emery Ruliffson scored goals and Maddie Sibbing earned a shutout in goal as Union KC came out on top in Lee’s Summit handing Oklahoma City FC its first of three consecutive losses. Union KC finished Week Six with a 2-1 road win over Side FC 92 Tulsa before picking up a 201 road win over FC Wichita on Saturday behind goals by Anisten Cabantac in the 34th minute and Kate Langfelder, who had the game-winner in the 56th minute. With three goals apiece, Langfelder and Ruliffson lead the club in scoring which has banged in 16 goals this season so far. Before Saturday’s clash at Oklahoma City, Union KC must get by 3-0-5 Sunflower State FC on the road, which sits in fourth place in the division, five points behind Oklahoma City FC.
After three consecutive losses, Oklahoma City FC will have a chance to get back on track before its clash on Saturday when it faces division-leading Kansas City Current II on Wednesday at Riverside Stadium in Riverside, Mo. Sitting five points out of the top spot in the Heartland Division and four points behind Union KC, Oklahoma City FC will have to win out its remaining Two matches and see how the Union KC and Kansas City Current II fare in their other Week Eight matches. Rylee McLanahan leads Oklahoma City FC with five goals on the season.
