Southeast Conference action kicks off Thursday night in Murfreesboro, Tenn. when TN Tempo FC hosts Nashville Rhythm FC at Ken Nolan Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. CDT.
This is the second consecutive year the two clubs have opened WPSL play against each other, playing to a 2-2 draw in Nashville last season. The draw was indicative of the neck-and-neck battle in the division table. Nashville finished the 2025 campaign in second place going 5-2-1, with TN Tempo in third, six points back, finishing 3-2-3 on the season. Nashville finished second in the division in scoring, led by Jayden Boelter, who tallied four of the club’s 24 goals on the season. Ashiat Naluggwa was TN Tempo’s leading scorer, also with four goals. TN Tempo finished third in the division goals scoring race with 18 on the season. The two clubs close out the season with the return match June 30 in Mt. Juliet, Tenn.

Love City FC (0-0-0) vs. Kensington Soccer Club (0-0-1)
Mid-Atlantic Conference – Colonial Division
There will be little love shared when expansion sides Love City FC and Kensington Soccer Club kick off the newfound Philadelphia Derby Friday at Drexel University. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. EDT.
Kensington enters the match having a taste of WPSL play, kicking off its season with a 2-1 home loss to Real Central NJ on Saturday. Elena Hincapie scored Kensington’s first WPSL goal.
Friday is Love City’s season opening match. This is the only meeting between the clubs this season.

Spokane Shadow (0-0-0) vs. Vancouver Victory FC (0-0-0)
Pac Northwest Conference
Pac Northwest Conference kicks off Saturday when Spokane Shadow hosts longtime rivals, Vancouver Victory FC at Wentworth University.
On its way to a second-place Pac Northwest Conference finish in 2025, Spokane went 5-0-3 in conference play, winning both meetings with Vancouver: 5-0 at Spokane and 2-1 in the return match in Vancouver. Kendall Moore scored the game winner for Spokane in the Week Seven clash that helped propel Spokane into postseason play. Spokane finished 2025 5-0-4. Vancouver finished fourth in conference play going 2-1-5. The two clubs square off again in the return match June 13 at the Harmony Sports Complex.

Kansas City Current II (1-0-0) vs. Union KC (0-0-0)
Midwest Conference – Heartland Division
A Kansas City rivalry is renewed with the return of Kansas City Current II to WPSL play when it hosts Union KC at Riverside Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 5 p.m. CDT.
Kansas City Current II kicked off the 2026 season with a 12-0 home win over FC Wichita behind a four-goal performance by Taliana Kaufusi. Kaylin Williams-Mosier earned the clean sheet in goal for the NWSL’s second team. Kansas City Current II enters Saturday’s match after a midweek clash at Sunflower State FC Wednesday evening. The clash kicks off Union KC’s fourth WPSL season. Union KC finished 5-4-1 in highly competitive Heartland Division play in 2025, going 5-5-1. Adriana Benassi and Grace Vest shared top-scoring honors for Union KC in 2025, each tallying four of the club’s 21 goals. The two clubs play the return match June 4 at the Paragon Star Sports Complex in Lees Summit, Mo.
