Northeastern Conference
Sporting CT Complex – Middletown, Conn.
The reigning WPSL champs kick off the 2026 season in a Middletown Derby facing expansion side, Vale SC in a midweek clash at the Sporting CT Complex. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. EDT. Watch the game here.
Last year, in its debut WPSL season, Sporting CT went 9-0-1 in regular season play to run away with the Northeastern Conference title, outscoring opponents 72 to 10, running roughshod into the WPSL Championships Final, beating five-time WPSL champions, California Storm, 4-0 to lift the Jerry Zanelli Cup in its first season in the league.
Vale SC enters its first WPSL season after a hugely successful 2025 season in WPSL Division II. Vale went unbeaten (7-1-0) to finish atop the Metro Conference, outscoring opponents 28 to three. Vale’s Alayna Taylor led the conference in scoring with 10 goals in five matches, which included a hat trick in the club’s 4-1 win over Sporting CTs reserve side. Wednesday is both clubs’ opening match.

Lake Shore Conference
Bavarian Soccer Park – Milwaukee
Week Two action wraps up Sunday when one of the most storied clubs in U.S. soccer, Bavarian United SC hosts Chicago House AC in Lake Shore Conference action Sunday at Bavarian Soccer Park in Milwaukee.
Entering its fourth season, the Bavarians look to build on its 7-2-1 second place conference finish last season. In its second WPSL season, Chicago House AC finished conference play in third place, seven points back of Bavarian United SC. Bavarian United won both matches of the burgeoning rivalry by a single goal, 3-2 in Chicago to open the season for both clubs last year. In the Week Six return leg at Bavarian Soccer Park, the home side came back after going down a goal after Schuyler Ries put Chicago in the lead moments into the second half. Josie Langhans scored in the 57th minute to level the score and Abby Reinl scored the winner 11 minutes later. This is both club’s opening match of the 2026 season.

SoCal Conference – Coastal Division
San Marino High School – San Marino, Calif.
With SoCal action kicking off this weekend, the battle for the Coastal Division heats up when LA Surf Soccer Club takes on MISS KICK FC at San Marino High School in San Marino, Calif.
Entering its fifth WPSL season, LA Surf are looking to rebound after a winless 2025 campaign. Surf is 12-5-18 since joining the league in 2022. Returning to WPSL play after going on hiatus in 2025, MISS KICK FC is 7-7-2 in two seasons of WPSL play that include a trip to the West Region Playoffs Final in 2022. MISS KICK won the last meeting between the two clubs in 2024, 3-0.

Shimberg Sports Complex – Tampa, Fla.
Sunshine Conference winners in 2025, West Florida Flames kicks off division play versus expansion side, Bay City Reign Saturday at the Shimberg Sports Complex in Tampa, Fla.
West Florida enters its fourth WPSL season, having captured conference titles in all three previous seasons, including 2025, going 6-2-0 in 2025. Katie Johnston led the Flames in 2025 with six goals, contributing to an additional two in six appearances for the club. Bay City Reign looks to rebound after a tough 2-0 road loss to sister debutant side, West Florida Flames Academy in Week One. This is the first meeting between the two clubs.
