Oklahoma City – Legend Soccer Company has joined the Women’s Premier Soccer League, the largest women’s soccer league in the world, as an official business partner for the 2018 season, the league announced Wednesday.
Co-founded by Sean Person and Roland Benedict, the company creates environmental friendly soccer equipment. Based in Whitefish, Montana, the company’s mission is to create quality, sustainable and high-performance equipment for the soccer player who wants to represent a new era of the game.
“We are very excited to partner with a growing, innovative company like Legend Soccer Company,” WPSL President Sean Jones said. “Legend’s vision for the future of soccer makes it a perfect partner for the WPSL.”
Legend Soccer Company produces and sells its Legend 1 shin guard, which is made of bamboo for strength and weighs only 1.5 oz.
